Booking requests
Submitting a form does not create a confirmed appointment. A booking exists only after Purehome Cleaning Ltd confirms the date, time, scope and price with you.
Pricing and payment
Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing your cleaning requirements. Standard payment is due after the clean by bank transfer or cash unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service information
Purehome does not currently advertise police checks or public liability insurance. Customers with specific security, access or risk requirements should discuss them with us before confirming a booking.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false requests or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
The Purehome brand, original copy, design and website materials belong to their respective owner and may not be reproduced without permission.
